Exploring the making of this James Moriarty is note perfect. I can see his mother's lovely dark hair, I can see his *brain*, the twisty dark passages that all lead somewhere. Why was his mother sobbing and perceived to be cold to him? Was he born cruel, or did Father and especially Nana create this pretty monster? I love Nana honing him into a fae.

The "carefully wrought shock" I can see from his imitation at the pool. I *feel* his prickliness all over me.

James inherited a criminal family empire or a moral one that he used as a front? I'm not sure, which could mean I'm thick or you're clever.~

The subject refers to the rhythm of the story.

He has a verily twisty brain. And Ginger and I were discussing hereditary insanity - Nana was fucked in the head, and she raised Father, and they betwixt them raised Jimmy. Mother knew sortof what was going on, but not the full extent of it - she tried to limit his braintwisty by sending him to school. And he inherited a criminal empire that he sorta expanded.
