An NPR story described the recently discovered "living fossil" frog as "very ugly". It may lack a movie star profile, but man, what a snazzy shade of purple!

Got back from Florida, where I drove to visit some relatives.
On the way back, stoped in St. Augustine at the shop co-owned by a New Orleans ex-pat who brings in custom made shirts from Indonesia. I have two new shirts-- batik pattern of frogs. Yay!
