Looks like you're out of the C. of P. today. I hate to wish ill luck on others (even in Texas) but most other places can probably handle a Cat 3 better than New Orleans for now. Good luck.

Yes, IWPT as "Cone of Silence;" even now, as my cousin safely fled Houston, "Sorry about that, Chief" is echoing, in Don Adams cadences, inside my haid.

One nice thing about Fay is it dumped 1.5 billion gallons in Lake Lanier, raising its water level 2 1/2 feet. The drought in Georgia's two-years old now. We need hurricane-moving implements, more perhaps than the Death Ray of DQQm.
