Well, I've been back home for a little while now. I wasn't sure if should believe it or not, but it really is my little apartment. That castle was playing such awful tricks...

There was a witch costume in my room when I arrived. Whoever left it isn't very funny, I hope they know. It must be for that party at Seventh Heaven. I'm not really feeling

We're fine, for the moment. Well, physically, at least. I'm glad you're safe.

Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to- I just... I didn't want to bother you. I'm a little out of sorts, but I'll be fine. The castle was kind of... unsettling.

I'm glad you two are okay. I haven't seen anyone since I came back home, and was starting to get a little worried. Granted... I didn't go looking or anything.

What's this castle-thing that everyone's been talking about? It doesn't seem like it was any fun for you guys.

And this sun thing...what was going on with that?

Oh! You weren't there? I think you're probably better off. It was this huge Castle in the East. There were messages that told everyone to go there, so a lot of us went to see what was going on. It ended up... well it wasn't very good is all. I don't really know what happened entirely, and we all just wound up back home somehow. It was all very strange...

The sun, it was gone for a while! You didn't notice? A mean, even if you did live under the sea, wouldn't it have been darker down there too?

It's great to meet you Namine! That does sound really strange...the whole, castle thing.

I couldn't really tell that the sun was gone, I usually just snuck out at night to check out dark and spooky sunken ships, and to hang out in deep caverns and whatever. I think my friend Flounder mentioned it to me (he's a fish!)...but I guess I didn't really listen to him!

Yes, it was rather hard for me to believe I was actually out myself...The whole thing was rather twisted.

Do you, think things are back to normal now? I mean, since you're a scientist you'd know if we were still just under one of it's tricks, right?

Yeah... it was all so strange. I almost wish I hadn't gone. All I did was get in the way.

Unfortunately, Miss Namine, I don't think much of anything I learned could aid me in being certain of that...It does seem as if everything has settled just as it was when we left...although that may not be the most reassuring of statements.

Well, at the very least, it was a learning experience, right? Hard to go to a place as...peculiar as that, and not learn something.

Fine, I suppose. Although I'll be headed back to Macalania soon, I belive. Rikku, I think, is disappointed, but all in all, this may be for the best.

That's alright. I can believe that things're starting to get back to normal. The sudden return was strange... But the sun is back too. That has to mean something changed.

I did learn things... Or at least, I had some things confirmed.

You know Rikku too? She was with me in the castle. I need to find her again and thank her.
