Snerk. Oh Mycroft. Even the geniuser Holmes brother thinks Sherlock and John are humping like bunnies.

The constant checking up on him and reminding him about his coat is the best.

I can fill in all the gaps and replies except for John's final reply... is it left intentionally vague?

Yeah, it is a bit. I sort of imagined that by the time Mycroft sent that last message, John'd 'misplaced' his phone, anyway...
