A self-oriented pep talk

Well I've put back on a kilo and a half in the last week, but I'm really not that surprised. Some of that is muscle (from all the walking in Brisbane) and some of that is fat (from all the eating in Brisbane) but as J said, it could be worse: I could have put on three, and after a fun holiday, it is to be expected.

Love the idea, the executionand especially the phrase. On the other hand...

Oh, the well being diet is awesome! My mum lost 30 kg using it. The main thing is to use it as a good overhaul for your eating habits in general and not sneak junk in on top of it. And exercise is so crucial - people don't emphasise it enough.
