Yep, that's pretty much how it works with any test. I scored just 70% on my audit exam on the first attempt, but it was very clear afterward where the weak areas were that I needed to study, and I got 90% on the second try after I'd brushed up for a couple of weeks. I honestly don't believe I missed a single question when I took the "real" test.
