[A pause. Her eyebrows narrow slightly and then, without further ado, she cuts the video off.]

They usually do something to us every other week. Sometimes something whimsical like giving us background music. Sometimes things are a little more malicious. [She pauses, considering her own phrasing.] I wouldn't be surprised if this were another prank of theirs. I'd expect it, actually.

I've heard there's some sort of 'event' every other week. No one's mentioned cities appearing. But with the explanation that this place is worlds and times colliding, it makes sense.
