This semester has been surreal, and it's barely started yet. I got a B- in Contracts. A B-! That's "quite good" in law school! For the class I hated! (Must do better on Civil Procedure, but that's another story.) I'm more confident and listening more and answering more questions! I'm taking better notes! IT ate another hole in my bookbag!! Despite the fact that the bag was wide open! And there wasn't even chocolate in it this time!

Of course you know this means war.

1. Something chewed a hole through my bookbag last night. Now I know the Thing In The Ceiling is one or more mice -- I refuse to believe even our massive centipedes could do that in one night, no matter how tempting the chocolate was.

And there were some people I've been circling fannishly for a while, and they were also thoughtful enough to remember me.
