Still having computer problems -- everything's backed up and I'm saving new work on a flash drive because the darned thing's taken to eating files lately -- but the important thing is that I FINALLY FIGURED OUT THESE TWO DRAWINGS

OMG, how did I miss this?!?! Well, okay, I know how I missed it. I've been buried under a mountain of school work and have missed most of what's been happening on my f-list. But still, how did I miss this?!?!

Your teenage Severus! He is made of pure win!! He's so perfectly homely and awkward, and that nose is a thing of beauty. The long face, the eyebrows, the eyes, the neglected hair, the stained textbook, and did I mention the nose?? His expression is fabulous; you've captured his paranoia and skittishness so well. Not that he doesn't have good reason to be paranoid and skittish, mine you -- especially not with Sirius looking at him like that! LOL Sirius' look is just downright wicked, and with Sirius it could mean any number of things -- nearly all of them bad! Oh, SO MANY ways to interpret what might be going on here. It needs fic. ::nod::Also, random: I love their voluminous, flowing robes! And the warm, dark colors you've used are

Thank you SO MUCH. I was trying to shade him realistically but drawing him semi-stylized and the cognitive break had me stymied until I figured that out... and robes are always awesome. I wish they'd have used them more in the later movies. At least Snape always looks like a wizard. >D

I am all about the Marauder era stuff, oh yes. And I'm fine with gen! I love gen. I, uh, just never seem to write it in HP fandom because I have too much fun with the shippy dynamics...

Yay for robes! I have ISSUES with the movie costuming, because WIZARDS wear ROBES, darn it!!!
