People keep coming up with these complicated, fascinating legal questions, and I'm stuck at the back of the class going um... what was the rule again? That's what comes of having no previous legal, business, or public policy practical experience. I'm still stuck in the academic elements+conditions=rule mode, and have to learn to synthesize

I'm loathe to move to Twitter. It's been comfortably ignoring it for years and now there's a great surge in it.

With Facebook changing it's layout like so many discarded undergarments with all the thought and design therein laid upon the page like a 3rd-grade art project, added to the fact that they could sell all my data to spammers if they wanted to, I'm seriously considering buggering off all these bloody social networks. Livejournal's the only one to stand the test of time, so far.
