Damn. Okay.

So I've got lots of friends who aren't into Supernatural so I'm very aware of a/b/o as a concept, but this is actually the first fic I've read. And you handled it really well. The first part of it is so suffused with Sungjong's feelings that it made my chest ache--his discontent and his yearning and his belief that it's never going to be enough. Fantastic characterization. And then the growing closeness with Hoya was adorable but with the thread of maturity and angst through it all. And the a/b/o rules didn't take over the story, but were worked into the overall emotional arc very well. The whole piece is just incredibly well-written and I wanted it to go on forever. Thanks for sharing.

(Also, I am embarrassingly fond of the idea of Myungsoo as an omega OMG. I don't even want to talk about it.)

Wow, I really loved this. Like penny_lane_42, I was familiar with the concept and general world-building of a/b/o, but this is the first fic I've read. Beautifully written, and perfectly in character for everyone. I wish it had been about twice as long because I was hanging on every word, and I hope that after authors are revealed we can coax you to write more in this verse :). Hojong pulls my heartstrings like no other ship and you just wrote them so well and I am a little bit in love with this.

I especially love how Sungjong's relationship with Jihyun shaped how he approaches his life plans after he presents, and that he's determined not to be bonded - yet he's chosen an alpha anyway and they can be happy together regardless because Howon clearly respects his autonomy.

This hits me where I live in so many ways. I thank you for sharing it.

At certain points, I completely forgot that it was an omega!verse because you didn't have Sungjong's life revolve solely around being an omega. I really liked that. The characterization was spot on. You conveyed Sungjong's loneliness and frustration so well that I could feel his pain. 'Summertime' was the perfect title and I love how the story ends with the arrival of autumn; it's now a new season for all of them. Mmm the sexual tension between Sungjong and Hoya was hot heh. Awesome job ^^

I sort of read this on the day it was posted here, and then went back to reading for the second time a couple of days later and
today I finally decided that I should leave a comment. I had been leaning towards HoJong for awhile but this fic has me sold, I'm a convert now.
I absolutely like how you wrote Hoya here, he's considerate, caring and protective of SungJong and their romance that slowly blossomed throughout
the story just gives readers like me butterflies.

“God,” Howon moans against Sungjong’s ear after one especially delicious suck on Sungjong’s shoulder. “I’ve wanted this for so long.”Just this single sentence alone I can really picture how realistic it is, the desire that had built up between the both of them after so long ( ... )
