This is so wonderful! Beautifully written (I LOVE your prose) and a fresh plot, too! I spent the whole fic wanting to hug Myungsoo just like Sunggyu wants to hug him, and I like how you explored both of their perspectives. Restricting everything we “see” to the subway platforms/cars was such a great choice, and the slow burn of their relationship made it feel earned. I could have read another 10,000 words (or more!) of this!

The ending, though-I know it must be devastating for Myungsoo to lose his magic, but it works so well in this story except now I’m all concerned that Sungyeol, et al. turned their backs on him! I’m hoping they just pushed him out of the fight because it was too dangerous for him without his magic and they didn’t reject him as a person!

Strangely cute, even with all the veiled threat of a war. The information was so restricted somehow that the story it kept a soft transicion through it all.

The ending though, it was a little bitter, specially since we don't know exactly what happened but only that it ended up with Myungsoo stripped from his magic and "kicked out" from his world. The only bright side is that he has Sunggyu with him, though that is more than just good, right ;)

I really liked it, so thanks for sharing this! :)
