Love the font you chose and even though you mentioned your initial idea for the storyheader didn't work out, you did a fabulous job making the lettering fit in with the trees; it really emphasizes the ominous atmosphere.
(I must admit giggling a bit on first reading the chapter headers, because hiding the P makes it look like an F..., (I AM VERY IMMATURE) but I do like the broken appearance of the text there; the W works especially well behind the tree!)
I adore the Sam & Dean POV dividers, they are very charming, as is the bloodsplatter heart <3.
You put such fun details in all the pieces (Yay for the BtVS crossover!) - it's a great set. (And thanks for including your thought process, I enjoyed reading that:)
