If I understood the Spanish bits correctly, I agree with you. XD The show seems to be stuffing everything it possibly can into a handful of episodes, plus it tries this very weird thing where it attempts to sell Kotetsu and Bunny as partners while simultaneously having them behave worse to each other than they ever did in the first 13 episodes where they were still getting to know each other and having all the usual personality clashes/communication problems/inability to trust/mislabeling each other. In the first half, they were obviously working towards something despite their individual reservations, but now it's like these two people are perfect strangers who have no interest in sharing themselves with the other. Which ruins the entire first half. /rant

(What also bothers me is that the voice actors/director insist on saying things about the characters that run completely contrary to what we've been shown, i.e. "Kotetsu isn't interested in deep relationships". Then why is he coming at a guy whom he knows to be emotionally ( ... )

You are totally right, I couldn't agree more.

It almost seems like their relationship is going backwards, right?
Also, I don't know if I am the only one who has noticed, but the series have been trying to... sell Bunny's angst? Maybe I am not explaining myself correctly, but in the latest episodes, Bunny's anger and madness is almost an excuse to make him suffer every time. I understand extreme situations and I am not the type of person to think that real men don't cry but Lol hopefully I am not the only one?
This doesn't make me hate him because quite the contrary, I like his determination and will to fight, but most people don't.

(I am kinda ignorant in that area, about the director's and staff opinions BUT is quite sad that not even they know how to describe the characters they are supposed to bring life to. Pity, really.)

Oh yeah, it totally seems that way. And no, I think I get what you're saying - the melodrama has become the focus of the show, and it's just that: melodrama. It's not genuine problems/suffering because of the way it is written; all the points that have been brought up as "heartbreaking", i.e. Kotetsu's problems with his powers, Bunny's brainwashing/memory loss, their lack of communication, etc., are written in such a way as to be without consequence. They're dragged out ridiculously long, sure, but it's never to make the characters grow. It's just to show them in pain, and it's a fake pain because of how it's prolonged, and I agree with you that it definitely seems like they're trying to "sell" this. This angst is fake, and it's just gratuitious fanservice.

I think what also bothers me about the second half is that it seems like the perfect clusterfuck for these ridiculous camps in fandom about how "Kotetsu is right" or "Bunny is right" and "the other is wrong." (It seems to have become unanimously, "Kotetsu is right"). Perhaps I'm ( ... )

Yes, exactly. Poor fanservice who isn't even appealing.
Recently I watched the last 2 episodes, and wasn't surprised with the results. I will keep watching it, mostly because I don't want to loose hope so easily, and because I have seen worse in other animes.

And yes, I know what you mean about who is wrong or right. That's why I was saying that fandom is bashing him a lot lately, and it isn't fair. Is sad to see Bunny just being moved around like a piece of chess, when he is a character with so much potential.

About the themes, I like to think that Kotetsu's power was going to be the first and real one, but they included all this mess just so they could drag the plot for more time. There's still Ouroboros, Lunatic and what will happen to Hero TV now that everyone seems to discover the truth about Maverick and whatnot.

Yeah, is one big, royal mess.
