An Official Letter to Javari
Dear Javari Team,
This is a letter from Israeli community, with regard to internet purchases. We are 2200 members now and most of us buy on Javari frequently. It used to be a very convenient service - excellent quality shoes, affordable prices, low-cost and fast shipping.However, your shipping policy has changed. In addition to raising shipping charges from €10 to €19 , you've cancelled a free delivery on orders higher than €120. This makes impossible an immediate purchase of 1-2 pairs of shoes, even at full price. Now we have to wait for the biggest markdowns, and then form the order in a maximum worth-for-money way in order to make it profitable (with the increased shipping rate). We think that this policy will decrease the total cost of orders and affect your overall profit. This would not be ideal nor for the customers neither for your company.
Another problem is that with €19 shipping the purchases will easily reach the limit of $75, after which they are taxed excessively by the Israeli customs authority.
Therefore we would like to ask Javari to:
1) Bring back the 10 euro shipping and the free shipping with purchases over €120 or any other shipping cost-saving policy.
2) Organize free-shipping promotions, with or without discount codes
3) Instead of replacing damaged or unsuitable item (which somehow causes problems with our customs ) please let us buy the replaced item with free shipping.
In this way both parties will maximize profit. We love Javari and wish to continue to enjoy purchasing from your site. We regret these changes as they greatly restrict the ability of the buyers, which means that Israeli customers have to look for an alternative elsewhere.
