That was beautiful. So sad, though. How could they do that? A very good explanation of why he was so bratty in the beginning.
I wish I could see what the others were thinking. Aagh, poor Ed!

So do Peter and Susan, really. But... he's their little brother. The needy, attention seeking one. It's easy to hurt little siblings without realising it. And when you do realise it sometimes you hate them for being so idolising and needy. I think Susan doesn't really notice Ed, but Peter does. I think he liked the attention and being the caretaker in primary school, but high school changes him. He's got to deal with bullying and hazing and so on too: when you're not sure of yourself it's really hard to put up with someone else idolising and depending on you.
They'll grow out of it. Well, of course they will grow out of it in Narnia. But they would've grown out of it in England, too. I couldn't stand my brother when I was about twelve or thirteen, but by the time I'd been away at uni for a bit I decided he's the best thing since buttered toast.

Yeah, I think I do the same. I need to spend more time with them... I'm just moody. At 15, moods are all over the place, and I snap at them. I upset my little sister today... Crap, I feel bad. :(
Good! :D I'll probably grow out of the crazy moods as well, and behave like a civil human being. :P

I believe I once threw a knife at my brother. Only a butter knife, and I have very bad aim. But still, this is what we call Not A Good Way Of Dealing With Stress. In hindsight, I must've been having a hell of a time at school, because all I can remember is wanting to be left the hell alone at home. Sometime after the Knife Incident I think I took up chopping the family's wood supply, which only endangers my own limbs :P.
I've heard that people grow out of crazy moods, yes. Still waiting for this Growing Up thing to happen, though...
