From a certain perspective, it's almost like you have control over your own life.

Saw HP6 today. Movie unremarkable, except OH MY GOD WHEN DID EMMA WATSON GET SO HOT? Spent three hours perving, so ticket price was not entirely wasted. Other reasons that the ticket price was not wasted include the part where three hours spent alternately snuggling up to Lucy and

OH you articulate that so well! That filter, the cold watery pressure that the film manages to convey -- that's exactly what I was aiming for. Thank you.

And second person comes very very easily to me, always has, but I think I was using it here in a different way than I usually do.

Mm, but in the other films the eyebrows were so distracting one couldn't look anywhere else. Now that she's learnt to keep them under control, one has chance to look at the rest of her.

It probably helps that she's not twelve any more, too.

It feels like the cotton-wool filter which has a knack of descending on my brain when I least expect it. The one where you can't think beyond the next necessary task, but you can't focus on it either; where everything is at once enormous and insurmountable, and coming at you from a hollow, endless distance.

That's exactly what I was talking about the other day. Bleargh.

I'm sending Fahye wine in the hope that she can loan me some boundaries until I find my own again...
