Oooh, this is fantastic!!! I was hoping for something around HBP. :D I love all the details here, but this is my favorite:

Blaise doesn’t care for special occasions, has never been fond of Christmas or Boxing Day because they either don’t celebrate, if they are between stepfathers, or there is a big farce of celebrating that is empty and meaningless.

Hee! This is my "general" backstory for Blaise, so most fics post-HBP have some of this background for him, I think. Specifically, I linked to one in the summary that is all this Blaise gen that I absolutely loved writing. I also think he shows up in a kinky way in Wicked Games (Harry/Blaise), and there are probably elements of him in several Blaise/Hermione fics. :D

Haha, though I want to read them all, I just can't (not with all the holiday fests coming). But Harry/Blaise is a pairing I love to read, and so I've gone and just read it. Naughty, so naughty! But as Harry enjoyed it, I've done so too. :D
