Oh I love this! I love all of the house details that you put in, the way Rose worked things out and decided on her next move--it might have been Gryffindor in its daring, but totally Ravenclaw logic that led her to do it. And I love how you've fleshed out her relationship with her family in so few words. Wonderful!

Oh, I'll take the new generation of Malfoy/Weasley in any form I can get it! :D Those two would just be right for each other, wouldn't they?! God knows how much courage it took out of him to overcome his Malfoyian stiffness and finally kiss her and then she goes all "daughter of oblivious Ron Weasley" on him and almost - almost! - screws it all up. Well, thanks god she's got a few spare armies of relatives around to save the day! ;) And then she goes "the daughter of two Gryffindors" on him and kisses him in front of the whole school - does it get more awkward and adorable than that?! Nope, Ma'am, it doesn't! :)
