Wow, that was smokin' hot. It also portrays Lily the way I think she must have been, vain, manipulative, somewhat untrustworthy. I think she probably kept those Marauders stirred up like a stick most of the time. I do love a submissive Sirius! This was a great read!

LOL Lily/James/Sirius is one of my favorites, and I always think some of that comes into the dynamic of a Sirius/Lily because I see James being the balance, in a way, and without him, there's just a different dynamic that's more snide and barely tolerant etc. /ramble

You ramble all you like. I actually have a very similar trio dynamic in my original novel, and I've never actually drawn the parallel until you just said it. My female is engaged and will marry the James-like balance character, but she and the bad-boy Sirius-like character are more alike, and their relationship is truly tempered by the gentler balancing character in the middle. It's a fun dynamic to write, I know!
