Ron's really the emotional voice of the Trio, isn't he? Hermione's the brains and Harry is sort of the magical brawn, but Ron's the one who's been surrounded by people who love him for his entire life, and has learned to puzzle them out, even if it's just a wee bit.

BTW, I'm crying. Excellent. So sad and perfect.

Speaking as a cancer survivor (although admittedly NOT breast cancer) I feel that you have done a wonderful job of portraying what comes after treatment. Honestly I felt that during my treatment was the easiest part! Trying to get back to my life however was incredibly difficult and still is sometimes. Also, although I am not sure you intended this it is a great tribute fic for October = Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
