Ahem. Forget that. Not contructive.
This was great...loved Sandrine and Bennetti. And Claude, Peter, and Bennet all going off somewhere together? Cool! Even though, you know, concentration camp. But still! Oh, I'm evil.
"Stop bloody blaming yourself for all this. Fact is, it wasn't you who came to take us from our home. You didn't hurt Noah or Sandrine, or put Clara on a train to hell knows where. They did that, Peter. Nobody else."
This was great...a good, reasonable argument for Peter to stop blaming himself for everything, which he always does.
Oh, and Hana? I think she's going to be a favorite...
Peter, listening, sees Hana's expression soften: what he's beginning to think of as her customary belligerence shifts sideways, suddenly, into concern.- Heh, customary belligerence...I think she's got a little crush on Bennetti...or I could just be projecting.
Anyway, good job!

Heheh. I don't mind if it's not all constructive ;)

Yeah. Be careful what you wish for, y'know?

It was a great argument. Peter won't have any of it, though.

Two weeks ago it hadn't even occurred to me to include her. Now I can't think why I ever thought to leave her out ;) Glad you like her!

LOL! Hmm. Well, you might think that ... I couldn't possibly comment. *g*

Yeah. Be careful what you wish for, y'know?- Oh, dear. I take it back! I take it back! No, don't want that at all.
It was a great argument. Peter won't have any of it, though.- Of course not. He's to blame for everything. Such a Catholic, Peter.

- You would've if that were all I'd said.
Nah, I don't insist on long comments. Long comments are nice, but please never feel obliged :)

*g* Oddly, in this, I'm not bothered to play up the religious angle. But generally, yeah ;)
Because you're a silly, silly person. Still love you though.
*g* Back atcha', babe :)
Hana and Bennetti, sitting in a tree...
LOL!

Claude, Peter, and Bennetti all going together to save Clara? I am sensing much potential for angst here. *laughs*
I loved Peter and Claude's talk. Poor Peter thinking he is just a danger to everyone else.
And Hana in her men's clothes? Awesome.

Yeah, there might be a spot of that ... ;)

Even in this AU, he's got an overdeveloped sense of responsibility.
And Hana in her men's clothes? Awesome.
*g* I'm really enjoying Hana. If there were space in this fic for her and Claude to get drunk ... :D (hmm, maybe I should write a canon 'verse piece where that happens ... )
Thanks for reading! (both chapters! ;)

And going to the concentration camp could have been so fluffy. *g*

The poodleness spans all universes.

I am all for that. It might be hard to fit in to canon though since she's kind of dead. *g*

Yeah ... except not ;)

Well, sure, but there's some back-canon to work through ... ;)

Keen, keen. Gah. Oh Peter. Thinking himself so unsafe to be around. Hah. Hana and Claude interactions are interesting. Awesome Peter and Claudeness too ;D
Great stuff :D

Thanks for reading and glad you enjoyed! (And yes, poor Peter. Messiah complex, much?)
Reply
Hah. He does have the complex.

I loved how Sandrine pulled it together quickly after seeing Noah.... she's just as strong as he is, which was nice to read....
I also love Hana in this story, how she sort of softened her expression after hearing that Noah had been hurt..... also when she called Peter "little mayor" made me giggle entirely too much.....
can't wait for the next chapter.... ;)

Yeah, Sandrine is tough as old boots, and much nicer to look at ;)
Glad you're enjoying Hana in the fic. I would have rendered "little mayor" in Dutch (ideally as one word) but wasn't sure how to make the diminutive out of burgemeester. The English makes me giggle, too!
Next chapter should be up in a day or two - it's half written already! :)

Hana is quickly becoming a favorite; more interesting here than she's been on the show.
You should, Peter thinks, sadly, Claude's arms around his shoulders. I'm not safe.
.... I'm hoping this is just Peter's emo-nature and not some foreshadowing of what's going to happen to Claude.
Well-done. :)

She had very little to do on the show. I'm kind of getting to like her! But there's so little canon it's hard to find a voice.

You can take it as either ... Er, I mean, Peter's just being emo.
Glad you liked! :)
