And there's our telekinetic, Mr Brian Davis! Nice job writing that scene--I really can only see Brian using these scary powers in self-defense (and probably instinctively rather than consciously).

Ando's last name is equally awesome. Masahashi to Massehaschen...it's really cool.

And yay, you spotted the Massehaschen thing ... my struggles are not in vain! That's the first name in this I've had to make up (it doesn't exist; all the other names I've used are real). Hope it sounds plausible, at least.

Really? I guess a lot of popular American names really are traceable like that. I hadn't expected so many to fit. Masahashi and Nakamura, I imagine, you could not trace back to plausible European origins if you tried, considering how very Japanese both names are. ;)

Yeah, it's been very easy to transpose people's names into something more explicitly European, but I fell down at the Japanese names! Still, I was pleased with Massehaschen.
