Pirate Party!

I just got back from a pirate party in honor of this week's "Talk like a Pirate Day."  It was pretty fun and most everyone dressed up.  I didn't know most of the people, but everyone was friendly.  I even got to dance for a little bit, which I haven't done in months.  I love to dance!  I may lack skill but I have lots of enthusiasm.

Yay pirates! I skipped my drawing class that day, but when i e-mailed my prof telling her i was sick, i also added in that it was, in fact, Talk Like a Pirate day and that she should convince people to celebrate it in my absense. She told me Thursday that she wasn't successful, alas. I was rather amused that she'd tried, though.

Nice to see you back from the move-induced dead, by the way. I find it extremely cool that you're teaching classes. You should try to influence their impressionable futures in subtle and insidious ways. I totally would.
