Apparently, Sega's Dreamcast had it's 10th birthday on 9/9/09. Officially speaking, Sega did not do any celebrating, as their PR stated they are "simply a different company now". While the Dreamcast’s official birthday should really be November 27th 1998 (when the Dreamcast launched in Japan), a lot of Dreamcast fans would rather celebrate and remember this day, September 9th 1999 - or rather 9/9/99 - which is when the Dreamcast launched in the United States.

Yes, and that's fine. But he's not late, and the anniversary hasn't occurred yet because it's not yet 09/09/09.

He's late if you go by the November date cause the 10 year anniversary would have been last November. Otherwise, yep, he's early. And who are you that you care so much?
