Don't take it personally, it's a boilerplate. I have had similar rejection letters sent to me, saying I'm underqualified when the opposite was true -like that position of facilities drafter that required 32 educational hours plus 3 years of professional drafting on CAD - and I have 2 university diplomas, one of them in engineering, plus 15 years of drafting on CAD. Or the other one, where an just-out-of-college HR person was "interviewing" me on the phone, asking me how the architectural work is organized - she had no idea about the industry at all - and then sending me a letter saying I have limited experience in interior architecture (I have 17 yrs of it).
