Spent Saturday early morning at the ER. Cannot believe the total freakin' agony, wth. I hope the orthopedist has some answer for you other than long term pain. It seems there have been some advances in back care so I hope he/she can help.

Healthwise? So far, so good? The doctor suggested kidney stones, which COULD be, but I don't honestly think so. So I'm laying off the tea, which is HARD - - I had a 5-10 bag habit per night, going there, srsly..and laying off the excess vitamin C (3000 mg per dose, every eight hours). Laying off the lifting-of-300-lb-ppl at work, as well. I now ask for help.
The truth of the matter is - - I was go to for an ultrasound, but I made the decision not to, as my little ER jaunt is costing me about $900, so far. I've had threatening twinges, here and there, but I know to ice it asap and to make with the anti-inflammatories. So, yeah. It's been suggested to me to get my marijuana card, and that blows. my. mind.
