Eesh! I dunno, at this point, I might be inclined to hand it over to a pro. Do you have a Best Buy near you? As much as I hate to say it, The Geek Squad is good with this kind of thing, and not terribly expensive.

Hahaha - ikr? Ridiculous. My son ponied up forty bucks for a slow-as-butt tower - again from ebay - but I am not complaining, bless his heart - it will do for awhile, once it arrives. LOL. And I am not giving up on this one, either! Am going to get advice on those driver disks, once I get my car sorted out. At least, I am learning with this - and am grateful that there was no coffee, involved, this time, lol. Oy.

I will always admit when I am in over my head. Ultimate survival tactic - call for help ;)

But no, don't give up on it. Even if you have to invest money in it, you can get it up and running, and happy.
