I don't know if you remember some of the first times I talked with you, about writing, and Figuring Things Out, and Bird By Bird, but, I really respect what you do, Harris, and it makes me really glad that I got to give something back.

I do remember you, Lilly...and the phone...and the boy (and a few other things, because it was kind of an off night for me, too)- I've forgotten some of the details, but I'm glad I helped. It's also really cool of you to brave the lj waters and comment. I appreciate it a lot.

I totally and completely agree about process over product...the trick comes in not despairing, and not getting stuck in any one part of the puzzle (where years of strategy games and Tetris come in handy...).

And, I adore girl-Jaimie like a mother-sister- I'm glad I'll get to visit two lovely ladies at once every so often when I'm back in Ohio.
