Most boring reason ever!

This might be the dumbest thing ever to get me to come back to LJ and start writing again .. but maybe you know, maybe you don't - but I'm switching to morning hours at my job. I kind of wanted to track the amount of sleep I'm getting and what I'm eating and how my energy levels are through out the day. After this entry I'll try to put food/energy/ ( Read more... )

You do not suck. And this is your eljay so write what you wanna write about.

I am in a naturalliving community and they often mention smoothies for those would do not like breakfast as much. You could sip on that on the way to work. I also read that it is more important to graze than to eat larger meals. The experts on Dr Oz suggest to the people there to bring snack bags of nuts and keep them in their cars. I love brown rice rice cakes with almond butter. They are way better than the white rice ones.
http://www.smoothie-recipes.com/mixed/banana-peanut-butter.html There are tons of ideas out there. This is just a small sample.

When they take out the fat in the low fat foods they normally add sugar and/or salt to make up for the lack in taste.

The only issue I have with eating breakfast is even when fully awake I'm an extremely slow eater. And in the mornings, I'm not hungry and the thought of food upsets my stomach. From everything I read on the internet - that's common in a lot of people and after you establish a routine, its no longer an issue.

!! I always kinda thought I was the only one...! Good to know it can be overcome, but since my schedule at work is never consistent, I doubt I can do the routine. :x

Glad to have you back on LJ, too. ^_^

Wow, I was just wondering the other day "whatever became of her blog", and here you are! Nice to see a post again. FYI, the body likes consistency, this much I have learned. Enjoy your process of figuring out your health needs! :o)
