I didn't watch the VMAs

But I have to contend that I think Russell Brand is hilarious, even if he thrives on making people horribly awkward and squirmy.  There's all this internet buzz about how people thought the vma's were so bad and quoting his jokes as horrible, but I find myself laughing at them. People are just way too uptight.

I haven't watched this yet but I'm going to later. I think people are just mad because they don't have a sense of humor or if they do it's nothing like his. I am hoping I will enjoy his bombing. Oh yeah and people are mad because Britney didn't perform. The entire list of performers and nominees was really fucking sad imo.
