not at all.

I go to Kickboxing Class at Team Fitness twice a week but I live in Lake Stevens.
I'm sure there's classes down your way at some of the gyms though. I'm toning up FAST I can't even believe how fast. It's awesome stress relief too. :) good luck!

Cappy's boxing gym is at 1408 22nd Ave, Seattle, 98122 - (206) 322-6410.

Their schedule didn't work for me, but it might work for you. It's run by a gruff, cool older lady, if I remember correctly.

Well, Frankie goes to Cappy's and can't rave enough about it.

I also heard that some of the community colleges offers boxing classes - you might try looking into that.
