Oh, ain't that just the truth. It was a friend of a friend kinda story, but I heard about a cop that went to the range for some target practice and his gun wouldn't fire. Discovered the firing pin had been mistakenly left out when it was last cleaned, so he'd been walking around with a non-functional gun for about a month.

Even now I can see Sarah going home after that and going over every single weapon in the house obsessively and piece by piece. No one is gonna sleep well that night. XD
