If you don't mind me asking, How much is it? I'm looking as you probably know. Also, who'd you find it through?

Saw something out woodseats way but thats a little too far for me.

its 495pm including service charges. through castle estates. but the other good people we found nice stuff through was "homebuyers".

we saw beautiful houses 2-3 beds renting for 425-500 and thereabouts but think they had more for other prices by "heppenstall". they had very well looked after, v spacious homes.

there were some in walkley by other people. check out the property guide in the shef telegraph. they have loadsa estate agent that would help.
