Everything is going well with me right now. I got a promotion at work, I have been partying like a psycho, I just graduated college, I met a cool girl, my summer sublet is sweet and so are my roommates (when they dont eat my food), and I got a sweet new digital camera for my graduation present... Now, all I have to do is get a place for September

i heard rumors the pixies are playing a new years eve show in boston this year.
lollapalooza has a nice lineup this year, but those big festival things are usually kind of disappointing, IMO. i'd rather see a lot of those bands in a club show or something.
that cure show should be pretty sweet though. mogwai's great.

I've been looking on Craig's List for apts. I come across a post once and a while that meets your requirements, I click on it and they just want a female. I swear in order to live in Boston you have to be a girl. Where is your summer sublet?
