I've been doing the asparagas steamed and then marinated with balsamic vinegar and a bit of garlic and olive oil. You can have it as a side dish or a salad.
Also you don't want to over cook the lamb. How much did you end up getting.
I guess it makes sense about your Dad sleeping, is he going over to the house at all? And do we need to be planning a Christmas outing to the movies?
