In any case, the situation is... ugh. We're at a dead at right now. There is a scientist named Tomoe working in the Riget and he's doing something or other... with substances which we haven't completely anaylzed yet. Due to the lack of people, I was forced to outsource to Celestial Being for the scientific research of the substance. There have been no real results yet.

We're in the process of investigating that scientist but things are slow as usual.
