What ho again, Indeed Sirrers! I am back with more illustrations from the Boston Globe, plus a bonus feature from the LA Times. Most of these are stories we've already seen in earlier posts in this series, treated by other illustrators.

It's fun to see all these illustrations!
The Monopoly guy is called Mr. Pennybags. Hang around me long enough and you'll pick up all kinds of useless information.
Mustached Bertie in the last couple of illustrations looks more to me like an American scam artist in some movie taking place in the '30s but actually made in the '70s. I do like the way the artist draws all the little girls giving Bertie a hard time though, especially the slightly chunky one with the glasses who clearly finds him hilarious.

Useless information is always fun! :D

Yeah, Machamer's illustrations have a lot of personality and the characters are distinctive looking, which I like. If only they'd been a little more... close to the mark.
