This is so fucking disgusting. As a canadian citizen (a Vancouverite no less lol), I have to say that the american political battle against love was initially something I understood so little because it made no sense to me why anyone would be opposed to this. The fact that something like this is actually up for debate in a nation that wants to be (and for the most part is) recognized as an example of true freedom is honestly just mind blowing. You really cannot fix this level of stupidity and hate.

BUT WE CAN TRY. You go Chris Hughes! Politically speaking I'm honestly so thrilled we now have powerful and rich people like him and Peter Thiel who can lobby and publicly support this, since there's too many hateful lobbyists on the opposition and from what I know of American politics, money is always a key aspect of getting something done.
