Being healthy fucking sucks.

I've been drinking 3 liters of water a day since Monday (not intentionally Monday). I've been trying different ways to bring my blood sugar down since the medicines I'm on are again not working like they were. K - was thinking how that'd figure into a healthy weight thing. When I was at my skinniest (around 200lbs), I was eating nothing but salad, drinking nothing but water and working out 5 days per week. Any time I deviated from that regimen it was like, instantly gain 10lbs. Point being, there's a number that the numbers people tell you to get to (180 or whatever you posted), and there's a number that's physically realistic. Just saying to go for what your body will tolerate.

True Matt. I think a very good weight for me will be 205. That's what my nutritionist told me a few years ago. I just think 180 or 175 or whatever it was seems like that could be the ultimate goal. But, realistically if I maintained 200 - 210 for the rest of my life I think I would be extremely happy (not to mention my body too) with that. Thanks for the input!
