Hey Ging, I'm at StarTex Power now. It is so so so much better. I enjoy working! It's weird but the environment is so laid back. I'm really blessed to have been hired on!

It's laid back in the simple fact that they are not worried about fcr rates, adherence, the QA process is sooooooo ridiculously easy. They aren't worried about "upselling" or making us quote stuff that seems redundant. It's all about customer satisfaction and not so much customer satisfaction AND maximum company interest. Plus it's a privately held company so no share holders to ruin our days. It's wonderful Ginger and I am so thankful to be there!

And it's funny because most of the calls I get about switches are customers from Reliant. It's so foreign for me to not want to defend Reliant. I'm like, "Oh yeah, well leave them if you're that unhappy!" I've always wanted to tell those assholes that... LOL!
