Will do! No one I know owns a home recently who can tell me about all the benefits other than writing off taxes? And yes, there are haters. Not really HATING me but that are like, "Oh really? Let me tell you about my new white shoe-laces..." That is kind of disrespectful. I'm not expecting a boquet of balloons just a oh wow cool congrats blah blah blah! I've kept this all on the D.L. because I feel bad for "bragging" if you will! I know, a shame!
