...I. I'm not really sure. Seeing Hino got dropped before they got past anything more than hugging. BUT Sai does miss him and not so much love anymore as it is a very strong fondness.

...In hsort the mun isn't really sure how Sai feels other than it'd take a while to get over it ;A;
