It's my 23rd birthday! I plan on sitting at home, reading, and watching children's cartoons. :D

Cleaning a kitchen in a house I am staying in that has been horribly neglected for years and swearing to myself. Goddamn it people, white plastic doesn't just naturally turn brown and sticky as it ages. Clean that shit. Or at least *notice* and ask for something to be done about it.

Just finished Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood last night - I enjoyed it a lot, once Ezio stopped shouting at everyone and being an unreasonable dick. I think AC2 is still my favorite, but this one was satisfying. It's gotten me even more excited for Revelations (I should probably preorder that and the encyclopedia soon...).

I'm also sort of sitting in my corner over here, quietly hoping that AC3 will feature a female assassin. Oh please, oh please.

Now I'm playing KOTOR for the first time ever (well, I tried to play it once awhile ago, it didn't go so well). I think it'll be interesting playing what is supposedly Bioware's greatest RPG ever with the perspective of already having played DA and ME.

... do people still genuinely think KOTOR is BioWare's greatest RPG ever? I mean, it definitely was at the time, but I'm not sure it holds up to ME or even DA.

They've sort of vaguely said AC3 will be an entirely new story - whether that means still using Desmond but another time period or a completely new thing altogether, I think we've probably seen the last of Claudia and all of the Italian assassins :( Which is a shame, because Claudia's story could be really interesting.

Just saw Attack the Block last night, and that movie was awesome!

Finished Portal 2, and the co-op levels! It was super fun, and I'm poking around at the designer's commentary stuff. (It's going to take some effort to get myself to go back to slogging through FF13... guh.)

I'm also playing in an Apocalypse World game, which is pretty fun and we'll see how long we can keep this going due to everyone's schedules, but it might go a good distance.

I got the Birds of Prey complete series DVD but I'm kind of hesitant to watch it. I loved it when it came out in 2002 and was really disapointed that it got canceled but I watched it before I started reading the Birds of Prey comics. I guess I'm just worried I'm not going to like it as much as I did when I was eleven.

I read the comics before seeing the series and only recently watched the series. Not sure how it would be for someone who saw it before, but it was a little jarring at first. Though, once I stopped trying to compare it to the comic, it was enjoyable enough that I was cursing over the lack of there being any more once I got to the end.
