once a month you could have theme posts where you ask the comm members to rec X-type of fics and then link to the old posts every time you make a new one. like so. that could be helpful. <3

oooo, this is an excellent idea! we'd love to implement this! do you have any ideas for what we could start off with?

the genre idea is great, and maybe more detailed themes would be great too like say AU High School or Boarding school fics, Arthur or Ariadne-centric (or whatever character you love -centric), genderfuck fics, minor character spotlight, fics where the forging or the architecture or the con or whatever else is particularly clever, minor pairings, fics with fabulous banter, fics where the characters work other professions (Rock 'n Rolla! Eames?), hopeless limbo fics...

once a month with an author is plenty. it gives members a chance to participate at leisure, imo. :)

talked to the other mod & i think we're going to have a poll later to figure out what genre we'd like to start out with. :) mind if we lift some of your proposals?

Hallo! Posting in agreement of themed recs. I love themed recs! Maybe genres, too - h/c and fluff and whatnot.

How about something like... an author spotlight or somet? I bet a lot of people read one author's work, no matter what they do. I know I do, anyway. XD

yesssss themed recs are A+ :D i never really realized how much i relied on them in other fandoms until i just thought about it just now!

and! i like that idea! :D how often do you think we should hold an author/artist spotlight? once a month? once a week? should we base it off of nominations?

Hello! I love all the Arthur/Eames you've been posting.
I know this is for reccing fics, but would this comm be an appropriate plays to ask for recommendations? I guess themed recs could take care of that though I suppose.
