What you like about your story: The concept.
What you dislike about your story: I always have a hard time writing dialogue.
Anything else?: I just really, really like the premise, but I'm not too sure I'm pulling it off in a manner that is satisfactory to me. However, I have an excellent friend/beta in handsomespeck, so I have hope.

What you like about your story: I've started layering, so there are some things that are in the movie that get subverted (arrival into limbo, Saito) that I REALLY LIKE.
What you dislike about your story: It's a four-level dream sort of thing, but I don't know what to do with level 1.
Anything else?: I am getting pretty desperate for someone I can ramble to about this. I don't want to spoil it for my whole Big Bang filter, but I need to throw ideas off a wall (so to speak). I'm also about to post my Star Trek Big Bang next week, so I'll be happy to have that off my chest and this to focus on.

Current word count: around 13.000 words, I haven't checked in with my co-writer since she's still writing her parts.
What you like about your story: The process of writing it together. And the story is about how an established relationship suffers and threatens to fall apart because each party holds a secret that they never share with each other even after five years of living together. It takes more on the difficult part of maintaining the relationship, trying to make things right again, and not just fluffy romance.
What you dislike about your story: The storyline is influenced too heavily on the movie it’s based on (Mr.& Mrs. Smith) and sometimes I am worried that no one would want to read a monster fic that’s practically copying the movie storyline (and then there’s the fact that there’s already another fic that’s using the same premise but not really). I’ll only earn zero point on creativity and originality ( ... )

What you like about your story: It's finally picking up and getting back to the original prompt I claimed :) And I only have about 2-3 more scenes to write! \o/
What you dislike about your story: I'm going to have to go back and re-write some of the beginning, as I don't think I quite had Cobb's voice down yet (and the whole fic is his POV)
Anything else?: I'm doing ok. The plot is coming together slowly but surely. I want to get to the end of the draft, but I'm also going to be sad when it's over =/

Pairing(s)/Character(s): Oh god. Um. ALL OF THEM? Arthur/Eames, Arthur/Cobb/Mal, Arthur/Nash, Eames/Nash, Eames/Yusuf. At least.
Current word count: 9,051. Some of that's notes, but most of it's actual story.
What you like about your story: NEARLY EVERYTHING. So far it's pretty solid, it's got ~emotions~, even Arthur is proving pretty easy to write (just make him a sociopath, that will fix everything), and my interest in the plot (OH GOD IS THERE PLOT?) isn't flagging.
What you dislike about your story: It looks like it might end up being obscenely long, which is worrying, because I don't have that kind of time and also because I never write long things. Oh, and I can't figure out what the pairings are going to be in the end, which is slightly worrying as well. It was going to end in Arthur/Eames, but then I thought maybe it would end in Eames/Yusuf, and now I'm just leaning towards a big orgy of indecision and Nash. :( :(
