Arthur does, one last stroke in, one groan that sounds as shattered as Eames feels, and then they hover there for a moment as Arthur shudders before he falls, half on Eames’ chest and half off, tangling their legs together. Eames’ arms are still around his shoulders, holding him tight, and Arthur’s chest is heaving, still in Eames. Eames drops, scatters kisses all over whatever parts of Arthur he can reach, and eventually Arthur pulls away just enough, just out, and they lie together, a mess of limbs.

“Wake me up like that every morning, yeah?” Eames asks, not so much tired as unwilling to ever move again.

“I just might,” Arthur answers, his voice sounding raw, and they don’t make it out of bed until lunch.
