Arthur doesn't hate Eames' clothes. He actually picked a lot of his wardrobe. He just thinks that bright colors, bold patterns, and looser cuts look fabulous on Eames.

So agreed. Purposefully vintage/retro style does not equal ill-fitting and stained. IDK where the stained trope came from! Anyway.

YES. Because I inwardly CRINGE every time someone mentions his "poor" fashion sense in a fic. I for one love men who can appreciate patterns and colors and pull them off well, and I fully believe Arthur feels the same. :o

(I thought he looked damn fine in the movie, I never understood why it became such a trope to make him an awful dresser.)

Obviously, there needs to be.. Like.. Eames' Clothes Appreciation.. Club. Thing. Something more clever. Where everyone loves Eames' clothes because they really are fabulous, and there are no mean people there to call Eames sloppy.
