Arthur and Eames are the same height and relatively close in age, but because Arthur looks so young, Eames loves to treat him like he's young and sweet and naive. He gets off on cuddles and kisses, doting on him constantly - always wanting Arthur on his lap, etc. Arthur eats it all up. When they are out in public together and not on the job, Arthur gets off even more on this and plays it up even harder when being watched.
